On March 12, officers responded to a residence in the 1900 block of Blaine Avenue for a domestic dispute. A subsequent investigation led to a search of the residence where a loaded .9mm handgun was recovered.

Samuel, 39, of Atlantic City, was charged with several weapons offenses and making terroristic threats. Samuel was being held in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.
